What do we offer to you?

A core part of Specialisterne’s mission is to provide “training and employment” for people with autism. We want to help these individuals better prepare for the job market through our training courses, provide them with job opportunities that match their abilities and interests, and provide them with job coaching to help them develop a successful career.

Part of the success of our model is also based on preparing companies to include people with autism and neurodiversity in their teams. In one way or another, we all have to adapt to achieve a truly inclusive world of work.

In Spain, our proposal for people with autism is based on:

training courses

Our standard training courses for employment guidance, data processing and software tests, as well as specific courses that we can do at the request of certain companies or that we carry out in collaboration with other organizations focused on autism.

job opportunities

Specific job opportunities, generally in the field of administrative and IT, but increasingly opening up other fields, such as industrial and service industries In most cases, these job opportunities are indefinite and are accompanied by job coaching. We seek to create complete professional careers.

We do all of this from our offices in Barcelona and Madrid, but thanks to agreements with other organizations focused on autism, we have worked together and are working on projects in Euskadi, Ávila, Palma de Mallorca and Malaga. Our vocation in the long term is to provide all of Spain with a professional workforce. We also have the possibility of carrying out training courses and complete labour inclusion projects following a 100% online modality, which further opens the doors for us to carry out projects anywhere or to include people from all over the world in our courses.

Outside of Spain, we are carrying out more and more training and inclusion projects, in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Italy, Mexico, Poland or Colombia, with a very similar methodology, obsviously adjusting it to the specific needs of the company we do inclusion projects.
